Delivery Policy

--Fresh Cut Flower Delivery:

A local delivery fee of $12.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For same day order, an extra $5.00 will be added. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, Richmond, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

International orders require a $100 minumum order and a $35 delivery fee.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries after 6PM. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Delivery of orders in a difficult weather (Storm, heavy of snow) cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

US and other provinces must order 24 hours before required delivery.

--Delivery Policies ( we are using FedEx):

Monday Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. 
There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day
Overnight service is not guaranteed for Canada. 2-day service will receive priority and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Ground service will arrive in 3-7 days.
There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery available.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.
Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO's.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
